Great location: very close to the main station and the ferry terminal to Sweden. The room was very spacious almost as large as an apartment. The windows were huge and nice for daylight, maybe a bit tricky for sleepers who want complete darkness. The bathroom was nice and had everything we needed. The shower curtain looked a bit old. Cleanliness was good.

Fantastic location in the centre and well connected to the whole city! The room was spacious and had all basic amenities. I went for just one night for a business trip, so I didnt have the time to see all the Hotel had to offer, but in general it was a very pleasant stay - value for money for sure!

It was a room only booking so I didn't have breakfast. The hotel was conveniently situated, just a short walk from the railway station. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and quiet, on the 9th floor with a panoramic view of the city and with a comfortable bed. The hotel looked a little tired, but I had everything I needed and was satisfied with my stay.

Really kind and amazing staff at reception - they were extremely helpful. The room itself was simple, comfortable, and value was incredible for the central location. The cleanliness was fine, not impeccable, but the team would check in if you needed anything improved and would knock to make sure (thus put your sign up if you need to sleep in). Overall, really comfortable stay that I asked to extend which was accommodated.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the center close to the central train station and the Sophienhof shopping mall, right on the pedestrian shopping street and a stone throw from the Wunderino Arena, which was the purpose of my stay, as I was attending a concert there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent with a great view of the city. There was free coffee in the lobby and a large, complementary bottle of sparkling water in the room.

The hotel's current rating is definitely underrated because I liked absolutely everything about this hotel! I'll give it 9 out of 9! The hotel offers magnificent view of Kiel town centre and its beautiful port. And you get to enjoy the view because all walls in your room are made of glass. The room I've got was very spacious, and I could enjoy the view by just laying on the bed. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a great variety to choose from. Since it's located in the city center, there are dozens restaurants nearby so choosing what to eat and where to go will never be a problem. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel and I will gladly return there again.

a great hotel with a brilliant view. staff were generally friendly, all spoke English. I asked to keep my bike secure and they let me use the garage downstairs. clean room with good amenities (plugs, desk, chair, 2 bedside tables)

Excellent location, close to railway station and ferry terminals. Easy to get to all the main sites of interest in the town. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

The breakfast was very nice with a very nice view. The room was also very nice, but a bit warm. The windows could have been opened before we came.

close to the different stores walkable and to the public transportation and their central station. good value of your money. the room is spacious . i will definetly will comeback to stay here.
